Capital One Financial Approves of fraud. We have had an outstanding fraud case filed with them for three years; Stonewalling to the max. This rep, James ID # 8432 actually told my wife that because the person (a scumbag ex-boyfriend) who forged her signature to get the card was known to her, the transaction stands as valid. So here is the deal. . .if you have somone you do not like in your life, forge their names to obtain a credit card and charge away.
